What is a Pre-Assessment?
A pre-assessment is like a diagnostic snapshot. It lets you show what you can do before we work together to build new skills. It’s not about getting everything “right” — it’s about giving you a baseline. In this lesson, your goal isn’t to write a perfect paragraph. Your goal is to try your best with the tools you already have. Then, at the end of the unit, you’ll write another paragraph and compare. Growth is the point — not perfection.
